Richford is a newer upscale neighborhood in south west Edmonton, Alberta, Canada overlooking the Blackmud Creek Ravine. According to past municipal census, there were 161 residences in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is bounded on the south by Ellerslie Road and on the west by the James Mowat Trail (111 Street). To the north and east the neighborhood is bounded by the Blackmud Creek Ravine.
The Neighborhood is modern in its design offering large lots, wide curving streets and plenty of nearby amenities. The major parts of the city are easily accessible and the property values are projected to remain high for many years to come.
The most common type of residence in the neighborhood is single family dwelling. Which account for two thirds of all the residences in the neighborhood. The remaining one third of the residences is duplexes. Almost all (96%) of all residences are owner occupied.
