Larkspur is a neighbourhood in the Southeast of Edmonton, Alberta. It is a residential part of the Meadows area which can be found just east of Mill Woods.
Larkspur is one of the newer neighbourhoods of Edmonton, and most of the residential development occurred between 1985 and 2005. Nearly all the properties are owner occupied single family dwellings. The rest are duplexes.
The area is bounded on the west by 34 Street and on the east by 17 Street. The north is demarcated by Whitemud Drive and the south is 38 Avenue. There is one school in the neighbourhood, Velma E. Baker School, which is located adjacent to Larkspur Park
The neighbourhood provides easy access to the Meadowbrook retail area in the southwest corner. The east end has a new, larger retail area planned which should be completed soon. It will include big box chain stores such as Home Depot, Superstore and Best Buy.
The surrounding neighbourhoods include; Tamarack, Wild Rose, and Kiniski Gardens.
