Klarvatten is a residential neighbourhood in North Central Edmonton Alberta, Canada. It is very close to the Canadian Forces Base which is also known as Edmonton Garrison.

The garrison is home to the Land Forces and a number of brigades, including the 1 Canadian mechanized Brigade Group. This is the only regular force brigade in the region.

Klarvatten is surrounded by 167 Avenue to the south, 82 Street on the east and 91 Street on the west. In the northern part of the neighbourhood, the area is undeveloped rural land which has yet to be developed.

Although development of this neighbourhood began in the late 1980s, three quarters of the residences were built during the 1990s. Most of these properties are single family dwellings and 11% are row houses with the rest being duplexes. Most of the properties in this are owner occupied.

Schools in the neighbourhood are Lago Lindo for elementary school pupils, Dickinsfield for Junior High students, and Queen Elizabeth Senior High.

The surrounding neighbourhoods include; Belle Rive, Lago Lindo, Schonsee, Eaux Claires and Mayliewan.
