Named after Julia Kiniski and located in the Burnewood area of Mill Woods in Southeast Edmonton, Alberta Canada, is the residential neighborhood of Kiniski Gardens. Kiniski Gardens is a not quite old neighborhood with construction starting in the 1970's and continuing on into the 1990's.
A majority of the homes in Kiniski Gardens are single family homes and statistics show that nearly 90% of them are owner occupied and only the remainder are rented by tenants.
