Located in Northeast Edmonton and named after the great aviator Herbert Hollick-Kenyon is the residential neighborhood of Hollick-Kenyon. Hollick-Kenyon is a newer development with a majority of the homes being built after 1990.
Statistics show that there are no apartment buildings in Hollick-Kenyon and only about 9-10% of the homes are duplexes. Most of the homes are single family dwellings.
The neighborhood has a lot of new residents and new people are continuing to move in. Most of the residents in Hollick-Kenyon have lived in there home for an average of about 5 years or so. Substantially all of the homes in this neighborhood are owner occupied with very few rentals.
