This neighborhood is located in North Central Edmonton. There is the Canadian Forces Base that is located to the north as well as there being a lot of rural and undeveloped land to the north. The homes in this neighborhood started being built in 1985. Nearly all of the different homes are single family homes.

The neighborhood has a lot of new residents and continues to have new people moving in. The neighborhood has a majority of residents that have moved in sometime during the past five years. There are no residents that are rentals in the neighborhood and the residents are all lived in by the owners.
