Apartment style condominiums and rented apartments in low rise buildings account for another four in ten of the residences in the neighbourhood. One in ten of the residences are row houses and one in 12 are duplexes. Three out of four residences are owner occupied while one in four are rented. This trend has, over the last couple of years has been on a slight turnaround and has resulted in a change in the housing trends with more of the young people renting as opposed to any other method.
