 There are five basic modes of inhabitation if one is thinking about living in Clareview Town Centre. First, there are plenty of rented apartments. Second, very similar to the rented apartments are condominiums that are not any higher than five stories. There are of course single family dwellings. Lastly there are row house and duplexes. “Something for everyone…”

The general location of Clareview Town Centre is such: The neighborhood is bounded on the south by 137 Avenue, on the west by the Canadian National Railways right of way, on the north by 144 Avenue, and on the east by 36 Street.

This brings one to one of the outstanding features of Clareview Town Centre, its infrastructure. One has easy access to public transportation through the Clareview LRT station. Of course many people take this to all there favorite places such as: Rexall Place, Commonwealth Stadium, the University of Alberta, and of course the general Downtown core. Located right west, is the great Londonderry Mall, where most if not all your shopping needs can be taken care of. Plus, there is the north division of the Edmonton Police just stationed in the mist of all this entertainment and commerce to secure your enjoyment.

The most common type of residence in the neighbourhood is the single family dwelling. These account for just under one half of all the residences in the neighbourhood. Apartment style condominiums and rented apartments in low rise buildings account for another four in ten of the residences in the neighbourhood. One in ten of the residences are row houses and one in 12 are duplexes. Three out of four residences are owner occupied while one in four are rented. This trend has, over the last couple of years has been on a slight turnaround and has resulted in a change in the housing trends with more of the young people renting as opposed to any other method.

As one can see, Clareview Town Centre offers a perfect place for students, families, and the minds that love the city. You are right outside of the downtown core, which offers you a great time.
