Besides, the perks of living next to such a great city Casselman is a newer developed area of Alberta. Most of the building was finished around the 1990’s. This means that if one is looking for a low maintenance buy, this might be just the spot for you. However, it should be noted that one can find a home or apartment with an older charm, but only dating back to the 1970’s. This is not a contemporary community, but it is by no means an historic landmark.
There are basically five different ways of living in Casselman. The first is row houses. Secondly, families can enjoy themselves in a single family dwelling. Lastly, most families thinking about relocating are always pondering about the education system. Casselman does not have its own schools, which by no means is a hindrance. The children are sent to a larger school in McLeod. This has become common practice with the newer neighborhoods surrounding Edmonton.
