The residential community dates back to the 1970’s. However, someone can find buildings and apartments built in the 1990’s. This is truly a community that has both an older charm, and newer construction in its recent past. Most of Carlisle is made up of four types of living options. The first is perfect for young families (single family dwelling), then there are two houses, duplexes, and of course rental apartments. It literally has something for everyone: if you are thinking permanent or transitory, this community could be for you.
Though the residential community doesn’t offer a wide variety of public education services, a resident still has one immediate option. This option is St. Timothy Catholic Elementary. All of students will attend schools in the neighboring communities.
The neighbourhood is named for Carlisle Castle in England.
This residential community does offer a lot. First, one is very close to the Downtown core which has plenty to offer. Secondly, one can find a place to call home with an older or newer touch. Lastly, this community does offer an educational experience for children. It should also be mentioned that Carlisle is located perfectly with the surrounding communities including Baranow, Caernavon, Griesbach and Kensington..
