Beaumaris is a residential neighbourhood in the Castledowns area of Northwest Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It is named for Beaumaris Castle in Wales. The neighbourhood is bounded on the south by 153 Avenue, on the east by 97 Street, on the west by Castledowns Road, and on the north by Beaumaris Road and 160 Avenue. To the south along 97 Street is Griesbach and the downtown core.

Residential development of the neighbourhood known as Beaumaris, began during the 1970s when on in four of the residences were built. Just over half of residences were constructed during the 1980s, while construction was primarily completed on the remaining residences during the 1990s. This means the Properties available in the area are all relatively new and the demographic of the area has remained young throughout its development.

The most common type of residence in the neighbourhood is the single family dwelling. These account for just under one half of all the residences in the neighbourhood. Apartment style condominiums and rented apartments in low rise buildings account for another four in ten of the residences in the neighbourhood. The community of Beaumaris is known for Lake Beaumaris. The lake is about 25 years old and has a walkway around the entire perimeter. It has developed very nicely with a variety of mature trees and shrubs which are very well maintained. A great example of quality work that can be done by the developer and the city.
