Are you kidding me? Did I hear correctly? An estimate $11 million in cars, real estate and even cash has been recovered from criminal activity in the communities of Alberta thanks to newly formulated provincial legislation. What on God’s earth do we do with this money? I’ll tell you what we should do with it, USE IT TO PROTECT COMMUNITIES FROM CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR!
What are the chances of this happening? Or shall we even see the results of this happening? According to Ms. Alison Redford, no relations to Robert, the proposed legislation is doing exactly what it was design to do. I commend these legislators for doing whatever it takes to get these bums out of drug producing homes and fancy looking drug smuggling cars especially if it’s implicated in drug activity.
As long as the money, property and various other drug related confiscations are used appropriately, the law abiding citizens of Alberta should be very appreciative; of course, it’s the governing parties of Alberta that are responsible for making certain their citizens see the results of this $11 million worth of confiscations in their communities – it’s called giving back.
