Queen Mary Park is bordered on the north by 111 Avenue. Located on the Southside is 105 Avenue, and to the west by 121 Street, then on the eastern side of Queen Mary Park is 109 Street.
The old Canadian National Railway can be found running along the south end of Queen Mary Park and then just to the west. The border of the Queen Mary Park neighborhood to the south western corner is curved.
Within Queen Mary Park three out of four of the dwellings were built within the period between the nineteen fifties, sixties, and seventies. Among these residential dwellings you will find that a large percentage, about four out of five them are rented. Over 75 percent of the dwellings within Queen Mary Park are apartments in low rise buildings with less than five stories. Of the apartments in Queen Mary Park four out of five are rented, and the rest of the apartments are owner occupied. Also with the Queen Mary Park neighborhood you will find that a majority are single family dwellings, and that three out of four of them are also owner occupied. The Queen Mary Park neighborhood has a few duplexes, and the majority of these are rented.
Until 2007, one of the prominent structures in the Queen Mary Park neighborhood was the Central Pentecostal Tabernacle. When the congregation moved into a new church in North West Edmonton not far from the Queen Mary Park neighborhood the old building was sold, and later removed from the site.
