Named after Arthur Massey Berry and located in the north east of Edmonton Alberta, Canada is the residential neighborhood of Matt Berry. Matt Berry is a relatively newer neighborhood by Edmonton standards with a majority of the homes being constructed in the 1990's although construction started in 1985.
Almost all of the houses in Matt Berry are single family homes, with the only exception being a few duplexes. Additionally there are only a handful of rentals, as 98% of the homes here are owner occupied.
Popularity and interest in Matt Berry has yet to cease, and there continues to be new residents looking to relocate here. While there are several longer term residents in Matt Berry, there are also people who have moved within the past 5 years or and several newer people who have moved in.
