The main residential and commercial construction development work was started between the 1960s and 1980s. Mostly, the residents of the neighborhood of Greenfield prefer single family dwelling. After the completion of this construction work, residents of the Greenfield can get access to the new LRT station, Century Park and Southgate via 111 Street. The financial condition of the residents of the neighborhood of Greenfield is generally higher than the average household income of the rest part of Edmonton city.
