Brintnell is a newer neighborhood in the suburbs of northeast Edmonton. It is so new it is still currently being developed. The average crime rate for the area is less than 1% and this beautiful neighborhood consists predominantly of single family homes.
Surrounding neighborhoods include: Casselman, Miller, and Hollick-Kenyon.
This neighborhood is becoming very popular and being populated rather quickly. There are virtually no "tenants" in Brintnell, as most of the homes are lived in by their owners. Brintnell is still currently being developed and homed go fast once finished.
Designated schools for this neighborhood are McLeod Elementary, Steele Heights Junior, and M E LaZerte Senior High.
Dining and entertainment are nearly just outside your door, with A&W restaurant being one of the most popular. Husky mart is also just around the corner for quick convenient pit stops in and out of the neighborhood.
Shopping and other activities are abundant, including public swimming pools, skating rinks, Walmart and Home Depot.
